Care Z36 Smartwatch - Factory Data Reset (Powered On)

  • Plug the Care Smart watch into the charger.
    If your watch is unresponsive or can't be powered on, reset the device using the Care Smart app.

  • Press the
    Back button
     4 times, quicky.
    The Reset Device screen may not appear when pressing too slowly.
  • From the watch, tap the
    Checkmark icon
     Checkmark icon to reset the Care Smart watch.
    The Care Smart watch resets and reactivates, prompting you to download the Care Smart app.
    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.
    If applicable, set up your device.
